Privacy Policy — Block Stack

Block Stack ("the app", "we") is a casual puzzle game. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the app and how it is used. By using Block Stack you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Block Stack does not require an account and we do not ask you for personal information such as your name or email. However, the app shows ads through Google AdMob, and to provide and measure those ads AdMob may collect:

• Device identifiers (including the Advertising Identifier / IDFA, only if you allow tracking when prompted);
• Advertising and usage data (such as ad interactions and app activity);
• Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address;
• Diagnostic information (such as crash and performance data).

Your high score and settings (audio levels, "Remove Ads" status) are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.

How the information is used

The data above is used to display ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and keep the app working. With your consent, ads may be personalized; otherwise you will see non‑personalized ads.

Your choices

• App Tracking Transparency: the app asks permission before using your Advertising Identifier for tracking. You can decline, and you can change this any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• EU/EEA & UK: a consent prompt (Google UMP) lets you manage ad personalization choices.
• Remove Ads: a one‑time in‑app purchase removes banner and interstitial ads.

In‑app purchases

Purchases (such as "Remove Ads") are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Third parties

We use Google AdMob (see the Google Privacy Policy) and Apple services. We do not sell your personal data.

Children

Block Stack is rated 4+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention & security

Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the app. Data handled by Google/Apple is retained per their respective policies. We use reasonable measures to protect information but no method is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
